Maltby Pony Baseball Coach's Application

As part of the process of filling coaching positions a “Coaches Selection Committee” comprised of board representatives (President, Player Agent, and Division Directors) will review the applications of all returning and prospective coaches and then decide how coaching positions will be filled. The review results along with previous baseball/coaching experience, tenure within the system, parent feedback, and feedback from other coaches and board members will be considered in the selection process. All head & assistant coaches must complete this application to be considered for a coaching position by the committee. This process will occur every season.
